Casa dei Limoni is a newly restored farmhouse divided in two independent comfortable apartments, placed inside a nice biologic farm full of citrus fruit orchards and olive groves on the hills surrounding Patti. Very quiet, sunny and panoramic location with view to the valley below and to the Tyrrhenian Sea, pretty suitable for families with children. Inside the property - extending about 50 hectares - stands the manor house and it is also possible to hire bicycles and buy typical farm products (oil, wine, vegetables and fruits). The lodgings are furnished with all comforts and good taste, have independent entry and a private outside space equipped with wrought iron and marble furnishings, outside shower and barbecue. Private parking. Common play-yard. Small size pets allowed. Grocer’s only 1 km away. Patti (shops, restaurants, banks, railway station) is 8 km away. Sandy beach is 7 km away.

PATTI
is an ancient Sicilian town, well-known because of its handicraft ceramics, placed on the western Tyrrhenian coast of Sicily, 65 km away
from Messina. In its surroundings beautiful beaches of sand alternate to rocky cliffs in one of the most attractive stretch of shore all around Sicily. Worth visiting are: the Norman Cathedral, the ruins of the Roman Villa with its precious mosaics, the museum of ceramics; Tyndaris, very ancient Roman-Greek town founded in 396 B.C. whose important archaeological site still keeps the original Greek Theatre, the Basilica, the thermal baths and the ruins of the ancient walls; the Natural Reserve of Tindari with its peculiar dunes of sand enclosing three salty water little lakes and also with its interesting marine caves reachable either on foot or by boot. Some of the most important happenings worth attending are: “la processione delle varette” (religious procession on the Holy Friday), “a fera” (the fair) Santa Febronia’s feast (patroness of the town) on the last week-end of July, “Tindari Estate” a prose, music, ballet review on stage in the suggestive Greek theatre of Tindari during the summer months July and August; Our Lady of Sorrows’ feast with its peculiar sea procession occurring on the second week-end of September.

From PALERMO Km 160; Highway A20 Palermo-Messina .Toll exit Patti. Afterwards the exit drive along the slip road for 3 km in the direction of Palermo. At the crossroads, after a bend, drive straight in the direction of Patti Marina.
From CATANIA Km 150; Highway A18 Catania-Messina. Keep on driving in the direction of Palermo entering the Highway A20 Messina - Palermo. Toll exit Patti. Afterwards the exit drive along the slip road for 3 km in the direction of Palermo.
