The Villetta lies with its two apartments in a great location right by the town border of the pretty and full of sights beach town Sciacca.. The Villetta was build in the 70th and includes two apartments. The house is just 200 meter from the sandy beach (with crystal clear water) and it impresses with a 300 qm large patio (ocean view) and a large balcony on the second floor (also with ocean view). The guest will experience a carefree and recuperating vacation in excellent and attractive surroundings. The owner is also very accommodating to his guests.
The spacious and long sandy beaches of Sciaccas that belong to the most beautiful ones of Italy, include various Lidos where the guest can mostly rent umbrellas and lounge chairs.
Just 2 km from Centro Storico, the glorious, historical rich old city part of Sciaccas with its sight-worthy buildings, magical harbor and the Corso Vittorio Emanuele (will easily seduce you into a shopping frenzy) awaits the Villetta Lido its guests. The Villetta lies in a quiet distance to the lively, Sicilian daily life and offers its guests a quiet and tranquil location. This way the guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the cultural highlights, follow their sporty needs but also enjoy the relaxation that the 600 qm large enclosed estate has to offer. The garden includes garden furniture, various trees, bushes and exterior showers.
In a distance of just 800 meter you will find the closest grocery store, you will have just one kilometer to the bus stop, one kilometer to the doctor and 90 – 100 km to the airport. Therefore one can consider the infrastructure as good.
Central to water sports opportunities like diving, surfing, paragliding, boat trips on yachts, boat rental, water ski and more, offers the Villetta Lido an ideal starting point for sports fans. Cultural interested guest will equally have many opportunities to still their fascination. Sciacca itself is sight worthy with all its attractions (thermal bath, mud bath, perspiration treatment, art, free theater plays, weekly market, fish market, fashion show) and it makes the Villetta an ideal location to discover Sicily. Close by you will find the excavation sites of Selinunte (approx. 30 km) with Castor and Pollux temple. Trapani, a sickle-formed peninsula, presents also a good excursion site since it is very attractive to art and nature lover.
An unforgettable event will be the visit to the islands Egadi and Mozia (60 km) that combined with its islands create the largest lagoon of Sicily and their swamps were declared a bird sanctuary. If you are already in this area you will need to take some time to visit the mountain of Erice with its gothic bell tower and medieval alleys as well as the first Sicily’s nature conservation, the Zingaro, on the mountain of San Vito. The cultural hobby archeologist that will value the work of Magna Graecia will find a special pleasure in the valley of the temple by Agrigent.
Living in the Villetta Lido:
The Villetta Lido consists out of two or three nostalgically equipped apartments (cozy but not modern).
Monolocale for 2 – 4 people:
A studio apartment with a size of 50 qm, located on the ground floor. Living room with kitchenette, closets, 2 single beds and one double sleeping sofa. Bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet.
In front of the apartment is a large (300 qm) furnished patio. From the apartment the guest will enjoy the ocean view.
Trilocale for 4 – 6 people:
This spacious apartment is located on the second floor and amounts approx. 110 qm. It includes a living room/ kitchen combo, 1 double sleeping room and 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds (by occupancy of 7 people: availability of an additional sleeping sofa), bathroom with bathtub, bidet, toilet and storage room. Around the apartment is a balcony with ocean view.
Quadrilocale for 8 – 10 (11) people:
The ideal apartment for groups, large families, befriended couples or friends. This object is divided into two apartments and consists out of the already described Monolocale and the Trilocale. For the occupancy with 11 people an additional sleeping opportunity will be create in the Trilocale.

Comments:
The rental fee includes all side costs for electricity, gas and water.
The sheets will be provided against the fee of 10,00 Euro per person/change. Towels can be provided for 5,00 Euro per person/change. The end cleaning amounts 35,00 Euro (Monolocale). 25,00 SAT-TV, Washing machine 25,- per week. The gas heater costs 30,00 Euro per filling. All mentioned sides costs are payable on location.
Rental of bikes and scooter upon request.
